WASHINGTON, DC/LOS ANGELES - Singer-Actress-Producer Jennifer Love Hewitt is engaged to be married to her boyfriend, Scottish actor Ross McCall, 31, Us Magazine reported on Wednesday.

"They got engaged last week," Hewitt's representative Sarah Fuller of True Public Relations told Us exclusively. The couple is vacationing in Hawaii.

McCall gave Hewitt an antique engagement ring that has been in his family for over 100 years, it said.

As one of the producers of "Ghost Whisperer" Hewitt was the producer and star of "Time Of Your Life" (1999) the spin-off of "Party Of Five", and the international independent motion picture hit "If Only" produced through her Love Spell Entertainment production company.  On the Oxygen Cable Television network, Hewitt starred in and was an executive consultant on  "Confessions of A Sociopathic Social Climber" (2005).

Hewitt's motion picture career expanded with the cult film "I Know What You Did Last Summer" (1997) and its 1998 sequel, "Can't Hardly Wait" (1998), "Heartbreakers" (2001), "The Tuxedo" (2002), "Garfield: The Movie (2004) and its 2006 sequel, the international independent hit "The Truth About Love" (2004), and recently "Shortcut To Happiness" (2007) based on "The Devil & Daniel Webster."

Also a successful recording artist, the singer-songwriter Hewitt has recorded four albums "Love Songs" (Love Songs Records - 1992), "Let's Go Bang" (Atlantic Records - 1995), "Jennifer Love Hewitt" (Atlantic Records - 1996), and the acclaim album "BareNaked" (Jive Records - 2002); along with singles like "How Do I Deal" (143/Warner Bros. The actors Hewitt and McCall met on the set of GHOST WHISPERER (Season One episode: "Friendly Neighborhood Ghost") in late 2005 and didn't start dating until late January 2006.
