When Page and Jack have finished watching the stars on the beach, Page's hair is windblown on top from one angle, and then perfectly straight in the next.

Jim Mix: Strange weather they were having in Palm Beach, FL. Or Malibu, CA...or a studio soundstage....

When they complete the scheme with Ray Liotta in the beginning of the movie, Weaver tells Hewitt that they only received a certain amount (way lower than what they really got). However, near the end of the film when Liotta wants his money back, Hewitt asks her mom where they're going to get the money from, and she says the actual total, even though Weaver never told her how much she really got from him.

Jim Mix: Now there's a con---I meant, ex-wife for ya!

When all of the main characters are on the boat, Ray Liotta fires a gun at the fish in the water. Not only does the water not jump but nothing comes out of the pistol.

Jim Mix: One: the SPCA. And Two: Budget cuts---bullets and special effects or Liotta's pay check (LOL...).

Jennifer Love Hewitt is walking out of the taxi, takes off her wig and puts it into her hand. She opens the Mercedes door, and no wig is in her hands.

Jim Mix: Love (Page) got rid of the wig. Don't tell the WGA about this.

The Crab Nebula and the globular cluster in Hercules viewed through that size of a telescope would not appear as bright or with colours.

Jim Mix: Blame "Metrocolor" Labs.

When Gene Hackman collapses and dies, and Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sigourney Weaver drag his body out to the balcony, you can clearly see he's wearing lime green socks. When JLH loses her grip on the body and it falls to the ground, for a split second you can see the dummy hit the ground, and it's barefoot. Then later, when JLH is putting the body into the trunk and slams the lid on his legs, the green socks are back.

Jim Mix: The dummy was complaining of perspiration. Like I said, strange weather in Palm Beach, FL.

Sigourney Weaver crashes her silver Mercedes into Gene Hackman's Rolls, causing very noticeable front end damage. The next morning, the car is as new again.

Jim Mix: Gimme the name of his mechanic. We'll give'em the business.

At the end of one of the scenes on the beach at night, when the camera sweeps back, the superimposed stars move with it.

Jim Mix: Doot-doot-doot-doot-doot-doot-doot-doot....that's the theme from "The Twilight Zone".

I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER

Sarah Michelle Gellar's character doesn't know her way around her own place of work, which is evident when she's being chased by the bad guys and gets cornered in a room where she's forced to jump out the window.

Jim Mix: You know why? Cause she took this role, that's why.

The girl is coming back from an entire year away at school and she has one small duffel bag full of stuff. Yeah right.

Jim Mix: So...she's a woman.

Sarah Michelle Gellar supposedly had her hair chopped off as revenge and called her friends crying in the next scene, only to later on be wearing a hat to cover her punishing hair-do, only to later on again appear with a perfect and long flowing style of hair.

Jim Mix: You got me, there....

In the scene where all four people get together after Jennifer Love Hewitt finds a body in her truck, Barry hits Ray with his right hand, which is in a cast. This would cause him a lot of pain.

Jim Mix: True....But then tell that to Barry.

When Julie sees all the pictures the killer has of them, there's one of Helen on the float at the parade. That happened that day. Where did the killer find the time to get the picture developed that day?

Jim Mix: One Hour Photo shops.

Near the end, Julie James is crouching down by the front tip of the boat with a flare gun in her hand. Now, she is crouching so she is looking straight at the rest of the boat, instead of looking over the front of the boat. Then Ben Willis starts the boat with a big push and she falls back against the tip of the boat and the gun flies out of her hands. Now when you do that with a car, you normally fly backwards, but since Julie is turned around the other way, she should fall onto the piece of boat in front of her.

Jim Mix: Love? You wanna take this one?

The film supposedly took place in the Coastal Carolina region. This is a geographically flat area, called a coastal plain. In the beginning of the film, the kids were driving along ocean cliffs, which are not present in the Carolinas. Obviously, this was filmed in California.

Jim Mix: Dam! So much for George Lucas' computer images.

Also, during the 4th of July festivities, multiple fisherman were mistaken for the killer. This was because they were wearing full raincoats and rain hats. The 4th of July in the Carolinas is too hot, (way too hot) to be wearing winter foul weather gear.

Jim Mix: Anybody know an attorney?

Portion of the film were shot at an old farm house. The trees were bare, without leaves. Obviously filmed in the winter.

Jim Mix: Oops!

When Julie comes home at her mothers house, she looks at her diplomas on the wall. When her mother comes in the room, you can see a reflection of a boom mike in the frame behind Julie.

Jim Mix: Now you're talking!!!!

After Barry has jumped into the water reclaim the crown, he comes out of the water with a perfectly clean shirt but in the next shot the blood is back on his shirt as expected.

Jim Mix: Barry!!!! >:-(

After Barry (Ryan Phillippe) is put in the hospital, the four of them are talking about the murder and who tried to kill Barry. If you look at the door to Barry's room it is open - didn't anybody hear them talking about murders and a man with a slicker?

Jim Mix: Better than that, when Barry went through the crash scene, you'd think he be dead by then.

When Barry (Ryan Phillippe) gets hit by the car after the gym scene, you see him lying on the floor with a bit of wood on his shoulder/body. In the close-up shot, the wood has gone.

Jim Mix: I repeat my last statement.

I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER

At the end when Ben Willis and his son have Julie at the graves, Ray shows up with a gun. He fires at Ben but there is no bullet in the chamber. Later after the fight between Ray and Ben's son Julie picks up the gun and fires 8 shots at Ben.

Jim Mix: An 8 shooter?! There is a God!

The title is incorrect. The hit and run happened TWO summers before this film takes place. [OK, technically accurate, but the title's long enough as it is, without being called "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, Or Was It The Summer Before Last? I Don't Know - These Summers All Blend Into Each Other. When Did We Go To France Again? I'm Sure That's When We Met That Nice Couple From Sweden...." it might get complicated. Sorry, not sure what came over me].

Jim Mix: I have a better suggestion regarding this movie, but Love will kill me if I mentioned it.

Before Julie gets her knife and cuts Will with it, the camera zooms out and you can see her go for the knife and not get it, so they make you think she actually is supposed to go for it the second time.

Jim Mix: Julie wanted a second opinion.

When Ben falls in the grave his eyes are closed, then the camera cuts and the first or second time it cuts and you can see his eyes sort of open.

Jim Mix: Wasn't there a movie called "Eyes Wide Shut"?

In the end, when the storm is over and Brandy (can't remember her name in the movie) turns out to be alive, isn't it a bit strange that she doesn't wonder where Will is? It seems like she somehow knows what has happened...

Jim Mix: And her show got cancelled by UPN.

This isn't really a mistake, but it's pretty stupid. In one scene the killer is waving his hook around through a window, but has no chance of hurting anyone. And Julie has an axe, but what does she do? Throws it away and runs...

Jim Mix: Love? You and me...7:30 meeting, tomorrow morning. You're buying the donuts.

Not only is the gun that Julie is holding suddenly loaded, but it is also a six barrel gun and she shoots Ben eight times.

Jim Mix: I told ya! An 8 shooter! Geez!

Love as Julie James: "Just fuckin die!"

CAN'T HARDLY WAIT

At the party Denise gets hit in the head by a pot brownie. She has fudge on the side of her face and in her hair. As she goes upstairs to the bathroom, the fudge is a smaller spot on her cheek.

Jim Mix: "The Mummy 3".

In the beginning when Preston is talking to Denise about when he first met Amanda, he says she was eating a Pop-Tart. You can see when she is leaving, the pop-tart is near the centre of the desk, but it shows it falling off when no one ever touched it.

Jim Mix: Talk to Sony Imageworks.

When Preston is about to talk to Amanda on the couch and when he kicks over the candles, before he kicks them over you can see that there are only 2 or 3 candles. When he sets them back up, you can see that there are 5 or 6 candles.

Jim Mix: Preston is for this solar stuff. A regular Ed Begly Jr.

When Preston is reminiscing about when he first saw Amanda, when the teacher is showing Amanda to her seat, you can hear Preston is talking but his lips aren't moving. [Preston's lips aren't moving because this is a flashback, and he is heard in a voice-over].

Jim Mix: So where's the mistake?

At the party, before Amanda gets there, her friends are talking and when one of the girls says, "Oh my god, I can't believe she came!" (when Amanda comes in) You can see her mouthing the same line, when the camera goes to a different angle.

Jim Mix: Uhhh......she arrived too late?

When the two X-philes are getting on top of the poolhouse roof, you can see a microphone angling itself back and forth between characters as they say their lines.

Jim Mix: Fire the boom man!

When the nerd is handed his first beer, it is only half full. When he takes the first drink, the glass is about three-quarters full and when he takes the second drink after he spits out the first, the glass is completely full to the rim.

Jim Mix: Did you check his wrist?

When LoveBurger leaves the stage, a raucous teen jumps onstage and blares Paradise City from his boombox. William recognises the song and jumps over to the stage. When he jumps on, he knocks the other guy over. Watch as the other guy falls off the stage, as a microphone on top of the stage falls over and smacks the camera at the top of the screen.

Jim Mix: Did that shot win an OSCAR?

The envelope with the letter for Amanda is suddenly in a very good condition as it ends up in the peanut bowl... even though it has been in the trash, had chewing gum attached to it, been trodden on, had a beer barrel rolled over it, etc....

Jim Mix: Good! You wanna touch something, dirty and filthy?

Denise must be very special considering she has no extracurricular activities and she is not wealthy yet she is going to NYU which only has a 32% acceptance rate.

Jim Mix: Any questions?

When Mike goes with the two girls who said he was the hottest guy in school and they say he said they were skanky, they were sitting on a bench, and at the next scene he appears sitting on a swing. [It is both a swing and a bench. If you watch Mike sit down, you can clearly see that it is a swinging bench-type chair.]

Jim Mix: Was it clean?

When the girl comes in and Seth green is 'pleasuring' himself, she tries to open the door. The door handle is a long handle. When the other girl that is running the party comes in and finds them half naked she picks up the door handle except this time it is short and round.

Jim Mix: Hey! I wouldn't talk about Seth's "you know what"!

In the opening party scene, Melissa Joan Hart is asking people to sign her yearbook and cheering "Go Huntington!" after they either ignore her or actually sign it. But, when she asks Special K to sign it, they push her out of the way as she is yelling "Go Hancock!". [Melissa Joan Hart yells "Go Hancock!" because Kenny wouldn't sign her yearbook. She says Hancock as in signature. She still acknowledges that the school's name is Huntington.]

Jim Mix: He forgot!

When Special K is getting teased by the girl as she is calling him "Chester Cheetah", the foreign guy is at first standing there growling at him. Kenny then turns and walks away, and you can hear the foreign guy teasing him but he is nowhere to be found within the shot.

Jim Mix: That's show biz!

When Melissa Joan Hart's character greets Denise and Preston, she calls her 'Denise Flowing' but her name is supposed to be 'Denise Fleming'...

Jim Mix: She's drunk!

When Seth Green first walks into the bathroom he takes his coat off but in the very next scene he still has it on.

Jim Mix: He changed his mind.

When Seth Green and Lauren Ambrose are making up right after the party in one angle her bangs are down and in another angle her bangs are up.

Jim Mix: That Strange weather from Palm Beach, it just creeps up on ya, where ever.

When Preston and Denise are in the car driving to the party Preston appears to be only wearing a shirt yet when you see him later he is obviously wearing a t-shirt underneath.

Jim Mix: Remember? "Strange Weather"?

When we see William's yearbook information it actually looks as if he has loads of activities yet if you watch it in slow motion the same list of activities are repeated at least three times. Also, it says he was a member of the "Large Wooden Club".

Jim Mix: So William has a big one. Don't tell Seth.

As the letter to Amanda from Preston is being dragged through all that trash, it is stuck to a metal tin that someone was rolling by. The letter falls off a second later but when the camera angle changes it is again stuck to the tin and then falls off again.

Jim Mix: EE-YI-EE-YI-YOH.....
