The Devil gets fitted.....

When Jennifer Love Hewitt signed on to play the princes of darkness in "THE DEVIL AND THE DEVIL", she had anything but a devil may care attitude about streamlining her already lean figure.  

Knowing she'd be wearing sexy, sleeveless, skintight outfits in the drama, the 22 year-old actress wanted killer abs and arms, and more toned lower body.   

For the five weeks before the filming again, she worked with Los Angeles trainers NANCY KENNEDY and BOBBY STROM three times a week, 90 minutes a session.  

Hewitt started off skipping and using and elliptical trainer.  Then Hewitt moved on to squats on a high step to shape her bottom, push ups, dips and boxing to tone her upper body.  

Kennedy also coached Hewitt on her diet, encouraging the actress to cut out most carbohydrates (paste, rice and bread) and drink high protein shakes.  To satisfy her sweet tooth (Hewitt loves cupcakes), the actress ate small amounts of strawberries and melons.
